I have been working with corporates, business owners, groups and individuals for over 10 years. The goal of my programs is to encourage and support participants to be mindful – to be fully present in work, relationships and life and take responsibility for their own wellbeing in the workplace and life.

Mindfulness can literally change your brain.

Participants will explore mindfulness practices that have been scientifically shown to improve wellbeing as well as build an understanding of why it is so important to have some form of daily mind training.

Those who have taken a course in mindfulness report feeling more engaged in their work and relationships, plus more energised and less anxious. They report sleeping better and have fewer physical symptoms of stress.
